The Art of the CMA - (Course #1981 In-Person)
The purpose of the course is to prepare Brokers with competent methods to prepare a CMA (or BPO) that fulfills the brokers fiduciary duties to their Seller or Buyer client when providing advice on pricing a property to sale, buy or lease. What is the Price ?, that is the underlying question all buyer and sellers ask. Preparing the CMA is an essential skill for all real estate brokers. Working through the process of a comparative market analysis (CMA) provides a timely and objective opinion of price or price-range based on the market realities in the area of the subject property. Although the CMA may be used for a variety of purposes, this course focuses on its purpose in selling and buying residential real estate. This course is a practical course that includes explanation of methods that can be utilized by brokers and includes a real-world data and exercises on the “How-to” of developing a CMA.
