Real estate agents and REALTORS often use social media to find new clients, advertise listings and connect with the community. What rules should you follow and how can you stay compliant and ethical? 

This course takes an in depth look at some of the potential pitfalls in using social media as a REALTOR and NC real estate licensee -- through the lens of the REALTOR Code of Ethics, North Carolina Laws, NC Real Estate Commission Rules and the Sherman Antitrust Act.
